Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for base or on their own I bought this liner/shadow in blush and taupe and love the subtle shimmer in them once blended. I also will use them as a base for my shadows so they don't crease. Great value and though they aren't super pigmented, I didn't want them to be. I like putting the shadow on top to get my desired color.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Goes on well but you can't sharpen the point! They need to make a self sharpening mechanism or make a compatible sharpener.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Product! I use this on my inner corner of my eye, waterline, and under eye. The color I use is taupe. This product has made my eyes pop so beautifully, and blends really well with eyeshadow and eyeliners. It's not glittery, it has a beautiful shimmer. I'm 35 and I've tried alot of products trying to camouflage the tiny fine lines around my eye area. This absolutely draws attention from those imperfections. It makes the eyes look refreshed with a youthful appearance. If you buy this, I promise you will not be disappointed. I'm buying the entire set! -My skin tone is fair with some redness throughout.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lilac and Chrome I got these recently and they're okay. They can't be worn alone, and the pigmentation is not the best - they have to be built up quite a bit. The aren't as creamy as I'd like, they do tug a little at the eye. I would purchase more, however!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from barely there I bought the violet and gray and although I love the colors the tint is very faint and not at all buildable. I wish the colors were more pigmented and visible on my lids.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the pigmentation! The pigmentation of these is awesome, I'm sure they would make a very awesome base for your eyeshadows, but as for waterproof, the smudge if you swipe your finger over right away, but if you let it set for awhile, it's pretty long lasting. Half are shimmer and half are matte colored. But I do love the color selection. They should get more and maybe improve the formula to make it a more instant waterproof. Great as base though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth, nicely pigmented, but not waterproof These are a great improvement over the Studio shadow/liner sticks. The color payoff is great, and the application is nice and smooth. The only problem is, they're not really waterproof. I'll still enjoy them, but just be aware.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Versatile Eye Pencil I gave them four stars because they really aren't waterproof as claimed. They come off fairly easy, but if you know how best to apply this type of cream pencil product, there is no problem with staying power when on the lid. I would not use these as a liner. I find the tip too wide. But they are great as a base to layer powder shadows on top of, or even better, put some on your fingertip and pat the color over powder shadow on the lid for dimension and shimmer. You can use these alone on the lid, but you'll definitely need a primer or else I suspect they might crease or smudge a bit. All in all, for the price, it's a good product, and I love the colors. I got Lilac and Chrome, which is great to help with a sultry smokey eye.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very creamy, but not waterproof or smudge-proof... I got these in five colors:  blush, taupe, brown, chrome and black. Was excited to try them because I very often use eye liners on my waterline, so seeing that these were advertised as waterproof made me very happy;  I don't own any waterproof mineral liners. As you will see in the picture I included, these smudge very easily and are definitely not waterproof either, because I did the same test after splashing water on my arm and they smudge even easier that way. However, I do have to say that these eye liners are extremely creamy and very easy to apply, so I will definitely use all of them up and will repurchase the colors black and taupe.  Taupe looks amazing on the waterline because the color looks very natural but with a little extra glow.  It's usually very difficult to find a perfect nude color for the lower waterline, so this definitely does it for me.  And even though they don't pass the "waterproof test" this taupe did last surprisingly long on my waterline. The black liner is very black and the fact that it's so creamy and easy to apply is worth repurchasing it (for me at least). The chrome liner is not that pigmented;  I actually expected more color out of it, but still good for a smoky eye look. All of these blend out very well, by the way..."Blush" is kind of like a golden pink color, definitely darker than the taupe - the taupe liner is the most natural of them all.And the brown, again, is just as pigmented as the black, but it was a little too warm for me, so for those who don't like their browns too dark - perfect.Oh!  And they twist up, by the way which is super practical because you don't waste any product that way.Final verdict - I would definitely recommend these, but don't expect them to be waterproof.  If I had to purchase just one of them, I would go for "taupe".

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad color choice maybe. I bought the purple shadow liner (along with other products). They came in yesterday. I was so excited to swatch everything! When I swatched this, it doesn't even look purple. It looks charcoal/black. It only looks purple when in the light a certain way. Its good and creamy, but the color isn't what i was expecting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok I was really excited about the launch of these liners but they are not living up to my expectations.  I purchased the colors, navy, purple and lilac. As an eye shadow, I think these are a fail. They are a little waxy as opposed to creamy and take a little effort to build up pigmentation. They also blend out sort of splotchy.  I much prefer the L.A. colors, shadow sticks to these.  However, they work fine as eyeliners and that is how I will be using them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great as a primer Im so happy with this shadow liner. I use it as a primer and it makes my eyeshadows more vibrant and last longer. Highly recommended taupe (inner highlighter) and the blush pinky one.
