Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tip when using this product! I bought this and I am having trouble too getting the product on my brush. I ended up breaking it and putting it in another container so now I just use it and dip my brush lightly in it because since I broke it its like loose powder. I love the color just didnt like how I had to break the bronzer to be able to use it. Just a tip :)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from St. Lucia = much too dark for fair skin I've been searching for a nice "healthy-looking" bronzer, but St. Lucia is much too dark even when using sparingly on very fair skin. Very difficult to get product onto the brush; I had to dig a bit out before I could see any on my brush.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wanted to love this, but... First, I will say that the color itself is good (St. Lucia). It's a nice, subtle shimmer that works well with my fair skin. I'm a white/Native American mix, so I would describe my skin as being on the warm side of pale, and I like the way this product works with my skintone. However, the "dome" is very brittle. I was having a hard time getting any color on the brush, which is an issue I've had with other baked e.l.f. products, and in the process of my trying to load the brush, the entire domed portion of the powder simply snapped in a neat little circle. While this did allow me to actually pick up some product from the middle of the container, it made a large mess and ruined quite a lot of the powder.Long story short, a 2 star rating is quite generous in my consideration. While the product is nice, it's nowhere near good enough to make up for this amount of trouble. The cheaper bronzer from the Essential line is actually much better and I will not be purchasing this one again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Value! I had this product for about 3 months now and I am very pleased for the price.  I've barely put a dent in the product so I'm VERY impressed with that.  Unfortunately, the only downfall is that the product is hard to get out at times.  I found that using a stipple brush to apply works A LOT better to get the product out.  Very build-able!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good bronzer I bought St. Lucia, it looks pretty good on my skin. I never go out in the sun/always wear sunscreen, so I have relatively pale skin, but have a good amount of native blood. Thus my skin has an olive tone to it, and even at my "pale", I am not that milky white color a lot of white girls are. This works pretty well on me. It is a bit hard to use sometimes, you will have to practice getting to know it before you wear it out, as at first it liked to go on either too light or within a few more strokes, too dark. It adds just enough for me, I am weird about harsh tones. If you like darker bronzer or are tan, this will probably not work well on you. I am not 100% but I think it does break my cheeks out a little, when normally my cheeks are pretty acne free. It's not terrible, though, and can be dealt with.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great bronzer, poor packaging I've purchased two of the St. Lucia's.  I love the color.  I have fair skin, but it am outdoors with a tan most of the year. It goes on well and does what it's supposed to, provide a bit of natural looking warmth applied over light foundation.  My problem with it is the packaging.  One was so hard to open, I had to use a metal nail file to pry it.  Unfortunately both of them broke and made a mess.  They were very hard to use at all after the container broke.  I ended up having to throw them out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just bad I got Bora Bora and Los Cabos Los Cabos is nice, nothing special and is really harsh on my sensitive...causing breakout. Bora Bora looks completely different from the picture, has almost no pink in it and is SO SO shiny, I wouldn't recommend either.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a fan It's WAY to shinny for me. I will not be using it. Thought I would love it because I have bought over elf bronzers. Not loving it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was good I bought Maui and I liked it, it kinda looked a little too shimmery on my face but it was passable, for the price it's a good bronzer

Rated 1 out of 5 by from poor texture. no matter how you apply it it has a muddy, gross finish. it looks like you applied glitter metallic eyeshadow on your face.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love! But... I got the Maui and I LOVE this color! But the way it's packaged in that small container made it impossible to carry around in my makeup bag. The bronzer broke and made a huge mess- and since it's more of a shimmery bronzer, I was so hard cleaning everything off and out. I have to use chucks of this product at a time and mix it with my foundation so it won't make a mess all over. I really don't want to buy from any other brand since the quality and price are excellent.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from St. Lucia too light for me I'm a white girl with dark brown hair, brown eyes, warm complexion.  I thought the lightest color (St. Lucia) would be okay for me.  It looks dark in the picture.  It's winter right now (so my skin is at it's palest), and it is either too light, or just don't apply well (I think it's just too light.)  The first time I tried it, I spent a good couple minute applying..applying...applying thicker layer....  I noticed later on that I could kind of see the bronzer, but wasn't sure if it was really there, or if I just thought I was seeing something.  This would definitely be too light for me in the summertime.  If you aren't the palest of white girls, i'd recommend trying a darker shade.  I gave it an average star rating since I can't really tell how it is, since it's the wrong shade for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Bronzer, small amount. I really really like this bronzer. I have medium-olive tones skin, I do get pale in the winter, but I live in SoCal so I can fake a tan and get away with it. I bought Los Cabos.I usually buy top commercial bronzers from Ulta, which end up costing a lot considering how much I end up using it. I really like this bronzer. I'm sure there are some top $$ ones out there that are better, but for the price this is really great. What I ultimately love about it is that it is actually not as shimmery as it appears in the picture. In the summer I like having a shimmering glow, but in the winter it's a little overkill. This was a great balance and really looks nice. I wish it came in a bigger size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I wear this bronzer every day. It's very shimmery (which I like). I will definitely repurchase this it's a great deal and great quality, a little hard to pick up on a brush at first, but I love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible! I bought the shade st lucia and it's not a good product at all. I also did not like the texture of this. Even when I rub my finger on the product, only a little bit of product transfers. So just imagine using a brush and putting it in on your face. I am a light medium shade and I thought that this was going to give me a bronze glow but it didn't. All I saw was a slight sheen on my face, not a highlight, a sheen. I think it might be the formula! Maybe they baked this for too long or something but I do not like it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice As with the other baked options, they work best with a damp brush. It's a nice color, goes on well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hard to work with! This product is very hard to work with. I got the lightest shade and did not like the color. This is not very pigmented either and I do not like the texture. I tried using this with a brush and my brush barely picked up product. This was a waste of money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't Buy!!! I bought this bronzer a couple years ago and it molded. A year later, I give it another try and I bought another molded bronzer. I bought most of their products but their powder products tend to wear off easily. The only thing I would recommend buying from Elf is liquid eyeliner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these bronzers I bought both Los Cabos and Maui. I decided to set my mineral foundation with both bronzers. It makes my skin look like a honey bronze complexion. Not only do I receive compliments, but I get stares from people lol. I think they're great to have, and for the price you can't get any better than that! Definitely a re-purchase of both!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not best for dark skin I have all but Maui and they do not show up as a bronzer at all. I use them as a hightlight and for eyeshadow instead. (They make great eyeshadows). Not good for dark skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from very nice My regular Estee Lauder bronzer has been discontinued so I thought I would try this. I really like it. Los Cabos is a very nice shade for medium/olive tone skin types and it blends nicely. The only con is that the convex shape causes a little bit of a powdery mess when I use my brush with it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OBSESSED! I loooove this bronzer!! It is so lightweight that it brushes on so nicely. I was very impressed that it wasn't orange, like most bronzers are. I really like how the color is more of a brown, closer to skin tones. I am obsessed with Elf's baked bronzers, blushes, and eyeshadows because they are such great quality for a cheap price! Definitely would recommend this to anyone who is anxious in trying bronzers because this one doesn't make you orange!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My favourite! love this use it every day, just apply sparingly and I only use it on cheeks because its too shimmery for around the nose or for contouring.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Bronzer I've used! I just got this item this week and have been using it everyday for contouring my cheek bones and for bronzing all over my face. My skin tone is fair and at first I thought it might be to dark and it wasn't it blended really well so those of you who are thinking the same you won't know until you try it and blend it out along with the cream blush it looks good together.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from orange! I'm very fair and this product was simply not the right shade for me. I bought the lightest shade and it came out very orangy. I also found it difficult to pick up with my brush, but I may be a little biased with that because I'm not really a fan of any baked cosmetic item.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Asolutely wonderful I am not someone who would really wear make up on a regular basis but I absolutely love this bronzer. I find myself wearing everyday sometimes with foundation or sometimes alone. I ordered the colour Maui and it turns out its the exact same colour as my skin so I can't use it as a contour or highlight. I just dust it all over and it gives me this light shimmery glow and I love it.
