Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much cheaper than other similar products I use this quite a lot and always get upset when I can't find it in stores, because the only similar product I can find is $6-10 more! For just one tube! The same size! That's more watered down even!It covers pretty ok. Sometimes it can get a little thick, so try to use it sparingly and blend it well.It doesn't have too great a variety of shades, and really the only reason I like it is because I have trouble finding shades in "fair" that are light enough for my skin tone (I'm a natural redhead and extremely pale).I would love it if they added more shades to all of their products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value, poor shade selection. Let's be real here, acne doesn't discriminate based on skin color or tone. Makeup companies need to stop catering to only one side of the spectrum. Please formulate a couple of yellow-based shades, as well as darker shades. This product does a great job at combatting acne and has excellent coverage for only a few bucks, and it would be wonderful if I could recommend this product to every friend of mine. But for now, I can't, because Elf doesn't make shade options for everyone. In the cons section of this review, I selected "unnatural color", but what I really mean is unrealistic color options.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful primer I use this as a primer to combat my red, blotchy skin. Not only does it even out my skin tone and creates a perfect canvas for my foundation, it keeps my skin relatively matte all day. It also has helped keep those annoying zits that crop up in the morning under control. It's super thick and tacky, and not really meant to use all over the face, so I mix it with aloe vera or heat it up by rubbing it between my fingers and then apply it to my face. My skin tends to get oily though, so if you're prone to dry skin, I'd stick to using it as a concealer/spot treatment. The price is great, so I usually stock up when I'm at the store. That's how much I use this stuff!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from too thick! I bought this about a month ago and I absolutely hated it! It didnt blend out well enough, it didnt stay on my blemish, and it had a terrible odor. If you have blemishes around your nose or eyes this is definitely not the product to use. It burns my eyes and the odor is so awful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ugh! I bought this product in green because there are no drug store acne fighting concealers for African American skin tones. It is too thick! Once you put it on your face it is impossible to blend in. It is highly pigmented though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too thick and wont stay on the pimple I have a lot of red discoloration, so I bought this in green and wanted sooo badly to love it. I don't. The product won't actually sit on the head of the pimples I have, it just cakes around them! and on my red discoloration, the products is so thick that it's too green! It's also very hard to blend! I got this in a recent $80 elf haul and honestly, this is the item I am the most disappointed in and it's also the item I needed the most ):

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great coverage One of the best concealers I have ever used. Most concealers tend to just wear off easily and don't last all day but this one had great coverage and did not fade at all. The "zit-zapping" feature is my favorite part of the product however. I have very acne prone, combination skin and this concealer helped dry up my pimples throughout the day rather than make them worse like most concealers. The color is very natural as well. The only downside is there is not a lot of product in the tube, but I guess that's why it's so affordable!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from :( i just bought this and was pretty excited for it. I'm not acne prone, but i thought i could use it for the few i get on occasion, absolutely can not. i bought medium and its basically impossible for me to use cause its not dark enough, which is weird for me, because i am a light skinned African American. maybe work on making it useful for darker ladies?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Must of purchased a bad batch It may have been my luck. I could have bought a bad batch of this stuff because its consistency was goopy and sticky almost like melted silly putty. It didn't rub in because it was so thick and it would flake and roll off when rubbed. I hope my next tube I buy is much thinner because the corrective green is a good pigment for reddening skin. I'm sad :/

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it. This product is very effective, considering the price. It does exactly what it's supposed to do: fight acne. I had an under the skin kind of uninvited guest appearing next to my nose, applied this for a couple days, and it finally began to disappear. It feels rather thick when applying it, but it feels more comfortable once set with a powder. I must say the shade range is something awful--the "fair" shade is far too pale for me, but the "light" shade is a bit too dark. The packaging could use some improvement as well, but I'm not complaining. A single twist provides enough product for all the places I want to cover. I was using another concealer for a few years that was about $9, which promised a similar of acne-fighting formulation, but I never saw any actual improvement in my skin. Glad I found this one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from my first experience... I was excited to see that elf came out with a concealer that also helps fight acne since I use a great one from Murad that is maybe 5x as expensive. Unfortunately, I ordered the medium shade since that is typically the shade that works with my complexion. It was much darker than I expected. It was also very thick/hard to blend. I may try the light next time - hopefully that'll be better

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOVE IT I have the 'corrective green' shade and I love it! I have recently started getting into full face make up (at 21 I'm a late bloomer lol) I have to admit that the first time I used it I was a bit heavy handed and came out looking like the wicked witch of the west but after playing around with it a bit I have figured it out and it's great, I can't say that it's really fought the zits though but I only do my make up for work and I only work part time. And yes I am hitting 'unnatural color' simply because it's green and I can.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this concealer! I have this in "light" and I love it to pieces. It's thick, creamy and has amazing coverage and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all! The only con I can think of is the small amount of product you get, I wish it came in a larger package or bottle because I run out super quick.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the greatest I bought this product about a month ago and ive used it once. I do not like it at all. first of all its come out cakey and not to mention the smell. The color does not blend at all and it is just not worth a dollar even though it is just a dollar

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bought the corrective green and it's terrible. It's really thick and goes on really really green. Too too too much comes out when you twist the pen as well. I tried using very little to see if it would work any better and it did not.  It's like no matter how little you put on or how long you let it dry, my foundation smears it and my face is all tinted green like I'm related to the hulk.. Plus when it smears it no longer covers up the red zit which is the whole point of the product right?  Maybe for someone who has olive skin? Not for me who's  pretty fair  with pink undertones.  Just awful

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sorta good I bought this last summer and I still have it and its ok. It is great for removing zits and i does cover them up too but it kinda stands out on your face. So you can see that its a little lighter and cakier than the rest of your face.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very cakey, dispenses too much at one time. I bought this in fair and wanted to love it because I like the idea of an acne-fighting concealer. But for two reasons, this was a big fail! First, the tube dispensed way too much at one time. Second, once on the skin, I found this concealer to have a super cakey texture...my skin felt sticky and gross where I had applied it. I have a low tolerance for really feeling makeup on my skin, but still - it was really thick and I was too conscious of it on my skin.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ehh I got this in light. After all the twisting the product came out and I realized it's only about half full. Came on cakey and didn't blend well looked very fake.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not E.L.F's Best... When I bought this concealer I was so excited. Then, I opened it. It had a very strong, unpleasant smell. The concealer would crust over the sponge. It also takes a few twists to get the product out. Overall, it didn't help me very much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from got rid of my pimples Doesn't come with much product and has a strong smell, but blends beautifully. with this product less is more.i got it in fair and its my new go to concealer. covers redness and makes zits vanish!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from More Like Face Paint. This may or may not be the worst e.l.f. product I have ever tried, color wise. I ordered the green, and it literally does NOT blend. It sits on my face like theatrical greasepaint. I tried as hard as I could to blend it, and literally nothing happened. However, the zit zapping aspect is not bad. It smells exactly like the toner and cream I use for my acne. It also has salicylic acid and tea tree oil in it, which is a plus.If you're looking for a corrective green concealer, do NOT buy this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Texture - stays put and really conceals! i fell in love with this product the first time i used it it really covers the area without being cakey. I usually put concealer on after foundation but this one adheres so well to the skin and stays put that I don't have any problems putting it on first and touching up as needed. I use the fair but have also bought the green (for red correction) but like it a little less. My only problem with the product is the packaging sometimes the white material on the cap flakes off, so i have a fleck of white (whatever it's made of) that ends up on my face. But it's not enough to keep me from buying this in bulk b/c i use it everyday

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Amazing This is an okay product but it is very cakey and does not look very good. It is diffenetly not something I would use day to day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Elf Product I've Tried I really love elf, but this was a HUGE letdown. I got it in the green color because I have a lot of redness to cover up. Honestly, I can't find a single redeeming quality about this product. It's very very thick and impossible to blend so rather than getting rid of redness, it turns everything it touches completely green. Even when thoroughly rubbed into the skin, all you can see is the green, even on the reddest of skin. It's really sticky as well and has an odd odor that was very off-putting. I found it completely unusable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been using this concealer for the past week or so and I have been loving it so far. It offers great coverage and stays on all day. It is thick, so it is a little hard to blend. I usually use this concealer with my BB cream on top and the combination of both have been keeping my pimples/acne under control. The scent is a bit strong, smells like tea tree oil, but it doesn't bother me. Also, after reading other reviews, I thought the color "light" was going to be too light on me but it's actually a little darker than my skin tone. Once it's blended and with the bb cream it isn't noticeable, though. This was a great buy, my face looks so much better since it practically conceals all my redness and pimples.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product, Poor Packaging This concealer covers really well and works fine for me under my foundatoin. However, once you twist it enough to get the concealer to come out of the tip, you're already halfway up the tube. You don't really get a lot. For the price, it's not bad, especially since it covers well AND fight breakouts at the same time!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really Helps This product is really great. Everyone has said it has a "strong chemical smell" but, my friends, that is tea tree oil, which is a natural healing remedy. It works great for my acne and covers very well!! Unfortunately, I got only 1 at a store 4 hours away from my home and I ran out a few days ago, and I have been searching for it high and low and so far, the closest I've gotten to it is the neutrogena zit zapping concealer which is $10. All I wish is that it were more widely available.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not what it should be I bought this product a few months back just as a backup concealer as I had just ran out of my usual favorite and I was already placing an order. First off, the packaging is completely un-ideal for the product, and when you try to twist up product, you either get nothing or loads of it. Secondly, the formula feels very unnatural on the skin, and rather than blending in, it sits as a thick layer. You can feel it on your face when you're wearing it and its definitely impossible to wear on its own without foundation (makes blending even worse). The color as well (I believe I purchased the shade Medium) is very unnatural, and looks vaguely taupe or greyish, which is very unflattering on the face, especially under the eyes where you should highlight. I will say that the coverage is pretty high, but since I can't get a normal shade to match my skin, I won't be using it.
