Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not impressed Does what it say regarding treats the acne.. and sorta conceals.. which would be a lot easier it it did not come out of the tube, dry, cakey, hard to spread, makes things stand out like a sore thumb when just put on with the applicator...so spreading it, is a must.. but once you press/brush hard enough to spread it around, you lose the cover you were going for.. waste of time

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lasts all day Love this concealer, I use the medium tone to sculpt under my foundation. I also use it to minimize the appearance of my pores before applying foundation, but mix it with primer otherwise it looks cakey and heavy. Definitely recommended.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really thick formula I ordered this on sunday, and it came in the mail on wednesday, which was surprisingly fast. But this concealer is not a good formula. It is incredibly thick, sticky, and hard to blend. It smells like tea tree, but that doesn't really bother me. I was really excited for this because it's a concealer and zit zapping, but I can't even use this. It feels almost like a paste, and is way too thick and dry. Also, I don't like that there are only 4 colours. I bought the medium one, but it was way to dark for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made my breakouts so much worse I could only use this a few times before I became too afraid to. It makes break-outs worse, as well as burned my skin. I had to toss it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am so disappointed! I bought this concealer in green in a $30 haul. It was the only product that I didn't like. Way too cakey, it doesn't blend at all, and the green color is so pigmented that it doesn't work. I was hoping that the green would counterbalance my rosacea, but it just didn't blend in at all and left a green glob on my face! I highly discourage buying this in the green color!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A little goes a LOONG way! I tried this out this morning and was a little surprised. Its a little stickier than my other concealers although it covered very well. And as my title suggests, I dabbed a bit on my blemish and ended up covering a much larger area because it was obviously too much product. A teeny tiny dot will do! Also, I bought it in light which is a little too light on my skin (I'm medium tone). I think I should have gone with the next shade up. As for zit zapping, we shall see since I only used it once this morning so far. I like feeling like I'm not making my break out worse though using an actual zit zapping product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product, terrible packaging I purchased this in Corrective Green, and really enjoyed it. The tint is just enough to mute redness, but not so heavy that you need to do serious blending to keep it from being obvious. HOWEVER, I only got to use this twice before the tube broke. It appears that the concealer dried up inside the applicator tip. So when I went to turn it to push more up through the applicator, the pressure cause the tip to fall off. I can still technically use it by digging it out of the tube with a cotton swab, but I can't leave it in my makeup bag anymore because I'm worried it's going to ooze out onto everything else.Love elf's products, but the packaging on this one leaves a lot to be desired. I won't be purchasing it again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible I wanted a concealer to hide blemishes but instead I got this...big mistake. The concealer has awful coverage and appears cakey. The technology of this product is awful as well. The dispenser was jammed and cause the concealer to dry out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Made my pimple smaller. This is a good buy and a good try. It made my pimple smaller. I used it before I put on the foundation. If you happen to spill it on something, it doesn't come off easily. So just be careful. And a little goes a long way. It is pretty thick, too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good as eyeshadow base the actual skin tone colours are very good as concealer, they cover everything right up and reduce the size of my pimples. what im going to talk about is the corrective green" shade. the green just doesn't seem to blend out, it is thick and wont blend, it just sits there, green and splotchy on the skin. it will probably only cover MAJOR redness. now, i can never bring myself to throw a product out, you can always count on me to find an alternate use for it. and i found a great alternate use for all you dark skinned beauties out there! since i am dark skinned, colours like blue and green and just most eyeshadows in general don't show their full colour on me. i have a palette that was gifted to me of beautiful green colours that i simply cannot wear. i tried putting a dab of this on my eyelid and it made a green base that was perfect for putting green shadow on top of. since i now had a green base, the green shadow showed up vibrant and pretty as ever on top of the concealer. i even tried using just the concealer, and since it is actually pretty opaque, it can be used as a cream shadow, i have tired wearing it alone and it provides a great opaque green colour . for its intended use, corrective green is a bust, but underneath eyeshadows, i am in love! as an added bonus, it even mattifyed my oily eyelids! i can finally wear those green based shadows i though would go to waste. amazing product, will forever be repurchasing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap, Good, Works! Literally the cheapest makeup at the store are E.L.F products, but it certainly doesn't show by its use. It covers really nicely, smells good, feels good on the face, and gets rid of pimples pretty darn quick. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in a lighter color. Usually the fair skintones in stores works for me pretty well, but this is to dark! I had to apply 2 layers of base instead of just one over it because it doesn't blend very well. It's not the worse thing in the world though considering it's a concealer not a base. Other then that it's amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well! Bought this in green. Works wonders! I don't care for the felt tip, but i just use a little brush to blend it in. The first one of these I bought was broken, but I liked the product so much I bought a new one when I was done scrapping it out of the first!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WAY TO DARK!! I bought this in Light, and it was so freaking dark! I as so excited to get this. And I can't even wear it. Not happy at all. Even for 2 dollars, light should be light. I didn't want to get the fair one and it be too light. But the light is very dark. Maybe supposed to be medium? But it's labeled Light. Ughh. I loved the feel of it, but way too dark.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm old. lol But something I discovered by accident. The Zit Zapper, was bought to cover little things. What turned out, was a big thing. I have what I call pearls 3 of them, well now 1 1/2 of them. This stuff reduced the size, I continued to use and noticed one was gone. Second is almost gone, working on the 3rd. one. This stuff is amazing. Anyone who is spending $100 to have these removed needs to try Zip Zapper, Don't tell ELF, I'm afraid they will raise the price. LOL. Oh and my 13 yr old grandson thinks Gramma is a hero, his face has cleared right up nice. He's such a handsome boy. lol

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much cheaper than other similar products I use this quite a lot and always get upset when I can't find it in stores, because the only similar product I can find is $6-10 more! For just one tube! The same size! That's more watered down even!It covers pretty ok. Sometimes it can get a little thick, so try to use it sparingly and blend it well.It doesn't have too great a variety of shades, and really the only reason I like it is because I have trouble finding shades in "fair" that are light enough for my skin tone (I'm a natural redhead and extremely pale).I would love it if they added more shades to all of their products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value, poor shade selection. Let's be real here, acne doesn't discriminate based on skin color or tone. Makeup companies need to stop catering to only one side of the spectrum. Please formulate a couple of yellow-based shades, as well as darker shades. This product does a great job at combatting acne and has excellent coverage for only a few bucks, and it would be wonderful if I could recommend this product to every friend of mine. But for now, I can't, because Elf doesn't make shade options for everyone. In the cons section of this review, I selected "unnatural color", but what I really mean is unrealistic color options.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful primer I use this as a primer to combat my red, blotchy skin. Not only does it even out my skin tone and creates a perfect canvas for my foundation, it keeps my skin relatively matte all day. It also has helped keep those annoying zits that crop up in the morning under control. It's super thick and tacky, and not really meant to use all over the face, so I mix it with aloe vera or heat it up by rubbing it between my fingers and then apply it to my face. My skin tends to get oily though, so if you're prone to dry skin, I'd stick to using it as a concealer/spot treatment. The price is great, so I usually stock up when I'm at the store. That's how much I use this stuff!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from too thick! I bought this about a month ago and I absolutely hated it! It didnt blend out well enough, it didnt stay on my blemish, and it had a terrible odor. If you have blemishes around your nose or eyes this is definitely not the product to use. It burns my eyes and the odor is so awful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ugh! I bought this product in green because there are no drug store acne fighting concealers for African American skin tones. It is too thick! Once you put it on your face it is impossible to blend in. It is highly pigmented though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too thick and wont stay on the pimple I have a lot of red discoloration, so I bought this in green and wanted sooo badly to love it. I don't. The product won't actually sit on the head of the pimples I have, it just cakes around them! and on my red discoloration, the products is so thick that it's too green! It's also very hard to blend! I got this in a recent $80 elf haul and honestly, this is the item I am the most disappointed in and it's also the item I needed the most ):

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great coverage One of the best concealers I have ever used. Most concealers tend to just wear off easily and don't last all day but this one had great coverage and did not fade at all. The "zit-zapping" feature is my favorite part of the product however. I have very acne prone, combination skin and this concealer helped dry up my pimples throughout the day rather than make them worse like most concealers. The color is very natural as well. The only downside is there is not a lot of product in the tube, but I guess that's why it's so affordable!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from :( i just bought this and was pretty excited for it. I'm not acne prone, but i thought i could use it for the few i get on occasion, absolutely can not. i bought medium and its basically impossible for me to use cause its not dark enough, which is weird for me, because i am a light skinned African American. maybe work on making it useful for darker ladies?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Must of purchased a bad batch It may have been my luck. I could have bought a bad batch of this stuff because its consistency was goopy and sticky almost like melted silly putty. It didn't rub in because it was so thick and it would flake and roll off when rubbed. I hope my next tube I buy is much thinner because the corrective green is a good pigment for reddening skin. I'm sad :/

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it. This product is very effective, considering the price. It does exactly what it's supposed to do: fight acne. I had an under the skin kind of uninvited guest appearing next to my nose, applied this for a couple days, and it finally began to disappear. It feels rather thick when applying it, but it feels more comfortable once set with a powder. I must say the shade range is something awful--the "fair" shade is far too pale for me, but the "light" shade is a bit too dark. The packaging could use some improvement as well, but I'm not complaining. A single twist provides enough product for all the places I want to cover. I was using another concealer for a few years that was about $9, which promised a similar of acne-fighting formulation, but I never saw any actual improvement in my skin. Glad I found this one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from my first experience... I was excited to see that elf came out with a concealer that also helps fight acne since I use a great one from Murad that is maybe 5x as expensive. Unfortunately, I ordered the medium shade since that is typically the shade that works with my complexion. It was much darker than I expected. It was also very thick/hard to blend. I may try the light next time - hopefully that'll be better

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOVE IT I have the 'corrective green' shade and I love it! I have recently started getting into full face make up (at 21 I'm a late bloomer lol) I have to admit that the first time I used it I was a bit heavy handed and came out looking like the wicked witch of the west but after playing around with it a bit I have figured it out and it's great, I can't say that it's really fought the zits though but I only do my make up for work and I only work part time. And yes I am hitting 'unnatural color' simply because it's green and I can.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this concealer! I have this in "light" and I love it to pieces. It's thick, creamy and has amazing coverage and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all! The only con I can think of is the small amount of product you get, I wish it came in a larger package or bottle because I run out super quick.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the greatest I bought this product about a month ago and ive used it once. I do not like it at all. first of all its come out cakey and not to mention the smell. The color does not blend at all and it is just not worth a dollar even though it is just a dollar

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bought the corrective green and it's terrible. It's really thick and goes on really really green. Too too too much comes out when you twist the pen as well. I tried using very little to see if it would work any better and it did not.  It's like no matter how little you put on or how long you let it dry, my foundation smears it and my face is all tinted green like I'm related to the hulk.. Plus when it smears it no longer covers up the red zit which is the whole point of the product right?  Maybe for someone who has olive skin? Not for me who's  pretty fair  with pink undertones.  Just awful
