Rated 2 out of 5 by from Color not true, dry, cheap packaging I got this in Oatmeal, Sunset and Mystic Moss.  They are awful.  Mystic Moss is very pigmented, but it's gray with no green tones (as expected from the name & picture), and  dry.  Oatmeal is the worst, it has almost no pigment (and I'm very fair) and is extremely dry.  Sunset is more pigmented, but more gold than peach (as in the photo), and is dry.   Very disappointing, as usually e.l.f. has very nice eyeshadow.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dry, colors not true, pigments iffy, cheap compact I got this in Oatmeal, Sunset and Mystic Moss.  They are awful, especially Oatmeal, which has almost no pigment (and I'm very fair) and is extremely dry.  Sunset is more pigmented, and more gold than peach, and is dry.  Mystic Moss is very pigmented, but it's gray with no green tones (as expected from the name), and  dry.  Very disappointing, as usually e.l.f. has very nice eyeshadow.  The compacts are sturdy, but the clear windows fall out constantly and are not easy to put back in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT TEXTURE! I bought this in Raspberry Truffle and it's beautiful on my hazel eyes. Going back for more. I love how easy these are to apply, I'm not a professional artist, so it makes me feel good to create a look and feel great about it. Thank you ELF, you've made makeup fun again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love I ordered this shadow in the shade "sunset" and it looked like a light pretty coral pinkish color, but when i got it it was orange.  Not what I was expecting, but I still love the color.  The shadow is very pigmented and looks amazing! I will definitely buy it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love these eyeshadows! I bought Oatmeal and Wild Wheat a while back and loved them so much I came back for more (Sand Dollar and Pebble). I like to use Sand Dollar as a base for other shadows to make them brighter and Pebble with a flat eyeliner brush as liner. Oatmeal is bright and shimmery and Wild Wheat is a little more matte.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oatmeal is great for fair girls as a base Oatmeal is slightly shimmery, but has good pigmentation for a light colour, and is a very nice base for blending

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mystic Moss I've been looking for a great eyeshadow that is in the green family. I own the 144 palette and while that has two rows of green shades, none of them really look that good on me. I like that Mystic Moss is more on the natural/neutral side instead of being a garish, bright, unnatural colour like the ones on the palette. Definitely more versatile. Great colour and great payoff, However, the quality is the same as the cheap stuff. The fact that I paid $3 for one colour, versus $7 for the 144 palette seems ridiculous, but I'll probably get more use out of this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have purchased two single shadows. The first was in Pebble, and I fell in love. I believe it is the only matte shade in this line and it is so versatile. I use it for my brows, as a transition for a subtle smokey eye. It's just fabulous. Being that I had such a nice experience, I went for another shade in Raspberry Truffle. I expected more of a red tone and was let down completely. While there is a slight burgundy shimmer, the actual shadow is a deep coffee color. Once you blend it out, any sign of the shimmer is almost completely gone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Eyeshadow- good price Love mine, I need to get more colors! I don't love it as much as my UD shadows but this is 1/6 the price(: would like to see a broader range of colors with these. Also love the packaging, very sleek.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't buy Winter Wheat! I got these HIGHLY TOUTED eyeshadows in the mail yesterday, Winter Wheat, Sunset and Buttercream. Here are my thoughts:Winter Wheat-a useless no color shadow. I have medium color skin. I tested it on my inner arm which is lighter and nothing showed up but dust.Buttercream-a VERY light vanilla color that would be useful as a matte browbone color.Sunset-a golden peach. The reason I bought this (and I have amethyst on the way) is a you tube video I saw using the two together. The lady's name is Emma Pickles and she does an eye tutorial that I though was just so different and lovely. You should check it out. She is a "cool" tone like me with blue eyes and she totally pulls off that golden peach Sunset.I can tell maybe the darker tones may be okay but for a low price eyeshadow that gives you more bang for your buck, I prefer Wet n Wild.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Amethyst Bought this because it looked dark purple turned out to be grey purple brown, weird to describe not what is shown in the pan or pictures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT I bought butter cream and I must say I was very impressed. I used it as a base color and to transition. The packaging is super cute and small but brings enough product! I love it. I want to buy the rest of the colors!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Raspberry Truffle This color is so lovely, a brown with a slightly purplish red undertone. It is highly pigmented and perfect for the crease. Blends very well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I bought the Coffee Bean and I am disappointed. I know it's a cheap product and may not be very pigmented, but I can barely even get any color after 3 or 4 applications.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Good Got a handful of these during a 50% off Studio sale. Wasn't impressed. Hard to pick up color with a brush and the pigmentation is lacking. Too bad, the colors look so nice when you open them up. I've had that problem with every ELF pressed shadow I've tried. Finally learned my lesson-won't buy any more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from sunset I have many of these colors. I was so excited when I ordered sunset. It really is beautiful. However, It applies more orange than the pink tone that it appears on the website swatch. Other than the color not being exactly true to the site I love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Favorite elf eye shadow! **This is the best quality elf shadow I've used. I own all 15 colors... **All colors contain shimmer but Purple Passion and Sea Blue come out as a satin. **Wild Wheat is the only color with poor pigmintation. **Raspberry Truffle, Amethyst, Saddle and Mystic Moss are truly beautiful colors that have great pigmintation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! **It's a great value, especially for the pan size and I haven't had a bit of trouble with my compacts breaking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm soo happy! I am soo incredibly happy with this nicely nude Oatmeal colour. It does have extremely fine milled shimmer..not too much though. I hate most all sparkly eyeshadows (ELFs Innocent Ivory Pigment Eyeshadow being the exception! Looks white but has such pretty purply pink shimmer) Anyway, love this colour. Buy it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I just ordered the Oatmeal shade. It is way darker than shown in the picture. If you click on the Wild Wheat shade, it looks exactly like that. Yes, I checked the box and the shadow itself, it is Oatmeal. Pretty disappointed. Too dark to just conceal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not my favorite. I got 4 of these about a year ago, my first thoughts is nice, compact, sleek packaging. Also VERY pigmented. I got sand dollar, oatmeal, coffee bean and charcoal. Sand dollar, my favorite, I just recently hit pan on it. It's a shadow I will repurchase but not the others for two reasons. They brake easily two of mine broke and I had to throw them out. and two, The chalkiness. It makes them hard to blend so charcoal is difficult to use as a crease color because it doesn't blend that well. So I use it as a powder liner sometimes. But Sand dollar I LOVE, It is really really nice as an inner corner color. It just is the perfect shimmery white. And you can't beat the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I ordered oatmeal in hopes that it will be a neutral/light highlighter and when I got it I was disappointed because in the case it looked too dark. But I tried it and it was exactly what wanted! Great quality shadow. The case broke a little but i think that is just a fluke I've never had a problem with elf cases before.
